One of the more satisfying installs are the repairs and additions, where we add a portion of the floor, matching the existing flooring.
This home originally had carpet in the upstairs hallways and bedrooms, but it's stairs and master bedroom already had a beautifully aged ash floor with a stain and coated with polyurethane.
On thing that was especially complimented by the hardwood flooring was the original floral wallpaper, which stood out in contrast with the darkly stained hardwood.
We were able to mix a custom stain to match the older color in the rest of the home, and the result was a floor that naturally blended into the existing rooms.
