For this client, we added bevels to the Stock Flooring and after filling the larger knots and cracks with putty before applying the finish.
To protect this stunning installation without masking its natural beauty, we applied Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C in Pure (Clear).
Unlike traditional polyurethane coatings that sit like a plastic film on top of the wood, Rubio Monocoat bonds molecularly with the topmost wood fibers.
